Buckwheat Crepes

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
• 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
• 1 egg
• A lump of sour cream the size of an egg (yes, I know...)
• 1/2 cup water
Directions
Place the egg, sour cream, and water in a bowl. Use a wire whisk to mix.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. Fry in salted butter over low heat.
Be careful, they cook quickly!
